2. Educational Services
EduMalaysia provides comprehensive English language education services including intensive courses, business English programs, IELTS preparation, and cultural immersion activities. Our services are designed for international students seeking to improve their English proficiency in Malaysia's multicultural environment.
All course descriptions, schedules, and pricing information are subject to change. We strive to provide accurate information but reserve the right to modify programs based on enrollment numbers, instructor availability, or educational requirements. Students will be notified of any significant changes affecting their enrolled programs.
3. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct, attend classes regularly, complete assignments on time, and respect fellow students and faculty. Academic integrity is paramount, and any form of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonest behavior will result in disciplinary action up to and including program termination without refund.
Students must provide accurate personal information during enrollment and promptly notify us of any changes to contact details or visa status. Valid identification and appropriate visa documentation are required for international students studying in Malaysia.
4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Course fees must be paid in full before the program start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been pre-approved. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and installment plans for qualifying students. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
Refund policies vary by program type and timing of cancellation. Cancellations made more than 14 days before course commencement are eligible for full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to partial refund penalties. No refunds are provided after course commencement except in extraordinary circumstances as determined by institution management.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under Malaysian law. Students have the right to file complaints with relevant educational authorities and consumer protection agencies. We maintain an internal grievance procedure for academic and administrative concerns and encourage students to utilize these channels before pursuing external remedies.

Either party may terminate the student-institution relationship with appropriate notice. EduMalaysia reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violations of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or failure to meet payment obligations. Students may withdraw from programs subject to our refund policy and academic calendar requirements.
Upon termination, students must return all borrowed materials and cease using our intellectual property. Academic records and transcripts will be provided according to standard institutional policies. Outstanding fees and obligations remain due regardless of termination circumstances.
